Frenumi answers the phone between appointments, which means the person you speak to is usually the technician who will do your nails. If we are mid-set and cannot pick up, leave a message with your name and a rough time you want and you will get a reply the same day.
The entrance is on the George Street side, between King and Market. Take the lift to level six and turn left; the studio door is at the end of the corridor. There is no signage on the street, so if you are standing outside wondering whether you have the right building, ring and we will talk you in.

A week is comfortable for a gel manicure. Extension sets need two, especially for a Saturday. Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings are the easiest gaps to find at short notice, and we hold a couple of same-day slots most weeks.

Yes, but tell us first. The studio has four chairs and space for one extra person at the waiting bench. If you are bringing a child, we will book the last appointment of the day so nobody is rushed.
