Frenumi keeps this page short on purpose, because a document nobody reads protects nobody. Everything below applies to the George Street studio in Sydney and to the booking form on this website, and it is written in plain language so you can see exactly what we hold and why.

What cookies are and how we use them
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. It is how a site remembers something between one page and the next, or between one visit and the next. Frenumi uses a very short list of them, mostly to keep the site working and to remember whether you have already answered the consent notice.
We do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.
The cookies this site sets
- frenumi_cookie_choice: stores whether you accepted or declined cookies so the notice does not appear on every page load. Lasts twelve months.
- frenumi_session: keeps the booking form from losing what you typed if you refresh mid-way. Expires when you close the browser.
- frenumi_csrf: a security token that stops a form being submitted on your behalf from another site. Expires after two hours.
That is the whole list. None of these carry your name, your email or your phone number.
What we do not use
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no Meta pixel, no heat-mapping script and no third-party advertising tag. If that changes, this page will say so before the tag goes live and the consent banner will ask again.
Your choice
When the notice appears on your first visit you can accept or decline. Declining still lets you browse every page and send the enquiry form. It only switches off the session and security cookies above, which means the form may reset if you refresh it.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies for this site in your browser. The notice will appear again on your next visit.
Clearing or blocking cookies
Every browser has a settings page for this. In Chrome it sits under Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies. In Safari it is Settings, then Privacy. In Firefox it is Settings, then Privacy and Security. Blocking all cookies will not stop you reading the site, but the booking form may not hold your details.
If you would rather not deal with settings, email frenumi@hotmail.com and we will take the booking over the phone instead.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever a cookie is added or removed. The current list was last checked in March 2025, and nothing on it has changed since.
