Signature Gel Manicure
Dry cuticle work, flexible base build and colour sealed at the free edge on every coat. Around forty rotating shades, with bottle pre-orders by message.
Frenumi has your message and the details you sent through, and someone will reply within one working day. If you wrote in on a Sunday or Monday, the studio is closed those days, so the reply lands on Tuesday morning.
The form is read once in the morning and once in the late afternoon. A phone call is faster if you need a chair this week.
Nothing complicated, but it helps to know where your message sits in the queue.
One of the two technicians reads every enquiry, usually before the first appointment of the day or after the last one finishes.
The date you asked for gets checked against the diary, along with the length of appointment your chosen service needs.
You get a time by phone or email. If none of the slots work, we offer the nearest alternatives rather than leaving it open.
Most of the questions we get asked on the day are answered on the service pages. Knowing what a set costs, how long the prep takes, and what the refill schedule looks like saves a conversation at the chair and helps you pick the right service before you arrive.
If your message was about a slot in the next forty-eight hours, or you need to change something you already sent us, a call is quicker than another form.
The menu has stayed the same since 2018. Two services, done properly, with the full process explained on each page.

Hard gel, soft gel or a fibreglass wrap over the natural nail, built to an apex that survives typing, dishes and a Sydney summer without tipping.
Booked on its own or added to a manicure, removal is $30 and takes about twenty-five minutes. If the set was not built by us, we will check the natural nail underneath before doing anything else.
The About page covers who you will meet, how the room is set up, and why the prep takes as long as it does.
